The Purchase prices will be the price offered by Lou Boileau Photography and confirmed to the buyer by a written invoice.
The purchase price includes VAT and packaging.
All payments will be made in British Pounds Sterling, and the agreed price will be paid in full before goods are shipped.
Lou Boileau Photography will make its best efforts to deliver the goods by the agreed dates or within a reasonable time if no date is stated. All delivery dates are estimates only.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Once a sale is deemed final, no returns will be accepted.
The Copyright for all Lou Boileau photographs belongs to Lou Boileau, Photographs cannot be copied in any way and used for any publishing, marketing, advertising, or social media
of any kind without permission of Lou Boileau Photography.
Delivery of goods will be charged on the same invoice as the purchased goods ( Please see delivery page )
